Expenses vary according to the position of each unit within the complex of the Villa. However, they generally include the following services, which are applied to the common areas: surveillance and radio alarm service; maintenance and cleaning of cesspool; cleaning service of staircase and common areas; maintenance of garden areas; insect repellant disinfecting service.
